RETURNS
We truly believe in the quality of our products and are here to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your experience. We offer a 15-day return policy for North American customers.
Items returned for satisfaction reasons must follow the return policy.
Return Policy:
If our product isn’t the right fit for you, we offer a simple, no-hassle return policy for 15 days from the date of receipt. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible, and we’re here to support you.
- Defective Goods: We cover shipping costs for returns due to warranty claims on defective goods.
- Satisfaction Returns: If you’re returning the item for personal reasons, return shipping costs will be customer's responsibility.
- To start a return, please email us at shishkaoutdoors@gmail.com to request a return number.
- You’ll receive a return authorization number via email, along with instructions on completing your return.
- Items to be returned must be wrapped with care and a return number must be written clearly on the outside of the parcel.
- We do not refund any shipping costs unless it is a warranty claim.
- ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, FREE OF WEAR AND TEAR AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL HANG TAGS.
- If the returned product has visible signs of wear, we would be unable to offer a full refund.
- Items purchased from a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned to that same provider and are subject to their return policy.
- Your return will be processed within 10 days of being delivered to Shishka, Nelson BC, and you will be notified by email when it is complete.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds can not be issued for items sent to us outside of our return guidelines. Please do not send items “C.O.D” or we will deduct that amount from your refund. “Return to Sender” shipping fees will also be deducted from any refunds. Any shipping charges at the customers expense are not refundable.
Wrong address: If you enter your address incorrectly and the package gets returned to us, all return shipping costs will be at your expense.
IN CANADA: Please send all returns via INSURED, prepaid, regular parcel post (Canada Post).
INTERNATIONAL: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any international returns at this time.
We appreciate your understanding that we are a small, family-run business, and therefore the shipping will be at the buyer's expense. If you live near Nelson, you are welcome to return our product for a full refund (shipping fees excluded) in person.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Sizes:
To minimize returns, please read sizing charts very carefully. We have endeavoured to provide you with as much guidance as possible in choosing the right size, however if a size chart is not available, please reach out to one of our team members and we can assist you to the best of our abilities.
Colour in Photos: We display the most accurate colour possible in the images we take. Be aware that different devices (ie. computer, laptop, phone, iPad or tablet) will all have displays calibrated differently and may show colour in photos quite differently than they appear in person. Return shipping will not be covered based on colour not being as you expected. Our team is always ready and reachable through email if you wish to discuss the colour of an item prior to purchasing.

EXCHANGES
If you would like another size or colour, please return the original item as described under the return rules and procedures, then simply place a new order for the item you want.
NOTE: Sale prices will not be extended past the sale end date. If an item was originally purchased on sale but a different size is required, a new purchase can be made at the current price listed on the website.
WARRANTY
We proudly stand behind the quality of our sleeping bags and accessories and hope you´re happy with your purchase. All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
During the first twelve (12) months, any functional parts of our product found to be defective, will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the ORIGINAL purchaser.
We guarantee the quality of our products, but even quality items have a practical lifespan. Items may eventually wear out if not properly cared for. They can be damaged by time, accident, neglect, normal use or misuse, so those circumstances aren’t covered and these items cannot be returned. SHISHKA also refuse to accept a warranty return after one year.
REPAIRS:
Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
TO OBTAIN WARRANTY & REPAIR SERVICE YOU MUST PROVIDE A VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE.
For hygiene reasons, items submitted for warranty repairs must be clean. Used items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
SHISHKA reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the warranty at any time and in SHISHKA’s sole discretion. All decisions made by SHISHKA about whether an item is eligible or ineligible for return are final.
If any item turns out to be defective or is damaged upon arrival, you will qualify for a full refund.
Warranty Status
Our typical turnaround time is 10 - 15 business days from the time we receive your product until it is shipped back to you. Our turnaround time will increase during our busy period (usually September through end of March) and stretch to 20 - 30 business days. You may also track you package online with your shipping company.
